  • 500g potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200g kale
  • 150g chouriço
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Caldo Verde is a traditional soup from northern Portugal made with puréed potatoes, thinly sliced kale, and chouriço sausage.

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic, add potatoes and water. Simmer until soft.
  2. Blend and add sliced kale and chouriço. Simmer and season.
