Description
Caldo Verde is a traditional soup from northern Portugal made with puréed potatoes, thinly sliced kale, and chouriço sausage.
Instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic, add potatoes and water. Simmer until soft.
- Blend and add sliced kale and chouriço. Simmer and season.
