  • Salt and pepper
  • For Yorkshire: 100g flour, 2 eggs, 100ml milk
  • Oil
  • Gravy

Description

The traditional British Sunday roast is a centrepiece meal, best enjoyed with roast vegetables and horseradish.

Instructions

  1. Roast beef in oven until desired doneness.
  2. Make Yorkshire pudding batter, rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake in hot oiled tins until puffed.
  4. Serve with roast and gravy.
