Description
The traditional British Sunday roast is a centrepiece meal, best enjoyed with roast vegetables and horseradish.
Instructions
- Roast beef in oven until desired doneness.
- Make Yorkshire pudding batter, rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake in hot oiled tins until puffed.
- Serve with roast and gravy.
