  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 200ml lamb stock
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and carrot, add lamb and brown.
  2. Add purée and stock, simmer until thick.
