  • 300g cooked chicken
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • Lemon juice

Description

Created for Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953, this sweet and spiced chicken salad remains a popular dish.

Instructions

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients together.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken.
  3. Serve chilled, on salad or in sandwiches.
