- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- Lemon juice

Created for Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation in 1953, this sweet and spiced chicken salad remains a popular dish.
Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients together.
- Stir in shredded chicken.
- Serve chilled, on salad or in sandwiches.
