Description

A retro favourite, prawn cocktail is chilled prawns served on crisp lettuce with a creamy tomato-based sauce.

Instructions

  1. Mix mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to make Marie Rose sauce.
  2. Toss prawns in sauce.
  3. Serve on shredded lettuce, sprinkled with paprika.
