Description
This flourless cake is made with ground almonds and lemon zest, traditionally served during pilgrimage.
Instructions
- Beat eggs and sugar, fold in almonds and zest.
- Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool and dust with icing sugar over a Santiago cross stencil.
