  • 125g flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying
  • Sugar for dusting
  • Chocolate for dipping

Description

A favourite Spanish breakfast or snack, churros are irresistible with rich, velvety chocolate.

Instructions

  1. Boil water with oil and salt, stir in flour to form dough.
  2. Pipe into hot oil, fry until golden.
  3. Dust with sugar and serve with melted chocolate.
