  • 500g potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Description

Hearty and versatile, the tortilla española is a national treasure served hot or cold, day or night.

Instructions

  1. Fry potatoes and onion in olive oil until soft.
  2. Drain and mix with beaten eggs.
  3. Cook in a non-stick pan until set, flip and cook the other side.
  4. Cool slightly and slice into wedges.
