- 1 cucumber
- 1 green pepper

- 50g bread
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sherry vinegar

Description
Gazpacho is a chilled soup of raw, blended vegetables — tangy, nourishing, and wonderfully cooling.
Instructions
- Soak bread in water briefly.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chopped vegetables or croutons.
