  • 400g veal
  • 1 onion
  • 100ml white wine
  • 100ml cream
  • Butter

Description

A Zurich classic made with sliced veal in a white wine and cream sauce, usually served with rösti.

Instructions

  1. Sauté veal and onions. Deglaze with wine, add cream and simmer. Season and serve with rösti.
