Description
Berliners are soft, fried doughnuts filled with jam or custard, popular at New Year and Carnival.
Instructions
- Make dough and let rise until doubled.
- Shape into balls and let rise again.
- Fry in oil until golden, fill with jam, and coat in sugar.
