Description

Povitica is a traditional Croatian nut roll often served during holidays, featuring a swirl of spiced walnut paste.

Instructions

  1. Make sweet dough and let rise.
  2. Prepare walnut filling.
  3. Roll dough thin, spread filling, and roll up. Bake at 180°C for 40–45 minutes.
