Ingredients

  • 500ml milk
  • 100g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • Lemon zest or rose liqueur
  • For caramel: 100g sugar

Description

Rožata is a silky custard dessert made with eggs, milk, and sugar, flavoured with rose liqueur or lemon zest.

Instructions

  1. Caramelise sugar in moulds.
  2. Mix milk, eggs, sugar, and flavouring. Pour into moulds.
  3. Bake in a water bath at 160°C for 45 minutes. Chill before serving.
