- 500ml milk
- 100g sugar

- For caramel: 100g sugar
Description
Rožata is a silky custard dessert made with eggs, milk, and sugar, flavoured with rose liqueur or lemon zest.
Instructions
- Caramelise sugar in moulds.
- Mix milk, eggs, sugar, and flavouring. Pour into moulds.
- Bake in a water bath at 160°C for 45 minutes. Chill before serving.
