  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100ml white wine
  • Bay leaf
  • Olive oil

Description

Brudet is a coastal speciality, a stew of mixed fish simmered gently to develop rich, layered flavours.

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, wine, and bay leaf.
  3. Add fish and simmer gently without stirring too much.
