Ingredients

  • 300g cuttlefish or squid
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200g Arborio rice
  • Fish stock
  • Squid ink
  • Olive oil

Description

A traditional dish along the Dalmatian coast, known for its rich, briny flavour and striking black colour.

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add seafood and rice, stir, then gradually add stock.
  3. Stir in squid ink before serving.
