- 200g Arborio rice
- Fish stock
- Squid ink
- Olive oil
Description
A traditional dish along the Dalmatian coast, known for its rich, briny flavour and striking black colour.
Instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add seafood and rice, stir, then gradually add stock.
- Stir in squid ink before serving.
