Ingredients

  • 250g flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 150ml warm water
  • Oil for frying
  • Honey and cinnamon

Description

Loukoumades are Greek doughnuts — golden, crispy and sweet, served at celebrations and street fairs.

Instructions

  1. Make dough, let rise until doubled.
  2. Fry spoonfuls in hot oil until golden.
  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle cinnamon.
