- 12 phyllo sheets
- 200g chopped walnuts
- 100g butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100ml honey
- 100g sugar
- 50ml water
- 1 lemon slice
Description
Baklava is a celebration of texture and flavour, known across Greece for its sticky, crunchy indulgence.
Instructions
- Layer phyllo and butter in a pan, sprinkle nuts and cinnamon between layers.
- Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
- Boil syrup ingredients and pour over hot baklava.
