  • 400g tinned tomatoes
  • Parsley

Description

A lighter Greek main course where fresh fish is baked in olive oil with vegetables and herbs.

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic, add tomato and parsley.
  2. Place fish in baking dish, cover with sauce.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
