Description
Gemista is a summertime favourite — vegetables filled with fragrant rice, baked until tender.
Instructions
- Scoop out tomatoes and peppers.
- Sauté onion, mix with rice and herbs.
- Stuff vegetables, drizzle with oil, bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
