Instructions

  1. Slice and roast eggplants.
  2. Cook lamb with onion, garlic, tomato, and cinnamon.
  3. Make béchamel sauce.
  4. Layer eggplant, meat, sauce in a dish, top with cheese, and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
