Description
Tzatziki is a refreshing Greek appetiser or condiment, often served with pita bread or grilled meats.
Instructions
- Grate cucumber, sprinkle with salt, and squeeze out excess water.
- Mix yoghurt, cucumber, garlic, oil, lemon juice, and dill.
- Chill before serving.
